This philosophical inquiry, facilitated by meditation teacher Stan Lipkin, delves deep into an age-old question, “What is the meaning of life?”
Many people think that attributes like their name, gender, age and personal preferences give their life meaning, but if we use tools such as Yoga and meditation to help us slow down our “mind-stream” and let go of the “I” self, we just might find that there’s something more that we’ve been missing.
Within this inquiry, Lipkin and the other spiritually-inclined participants engage in meditation and explore—with words and without—just what that “something more” might be.
